We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide general administrative support to our adjusting teams across EMEA. This role is a great opportunity to join our team at Charles Taylor and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly preparation of financial reports and data analysis.
  • Active invoicing assistance and data entry into our systems.
  • Respond to a high volume of daily inquiries and discrepancies and flag and follow up on resolutions.
  • General administration services, including document management and filing.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
