We are currently seeking an Administrative and Financial Support Specialist to deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the adjusting teams throughout the EMEA region. This position offers a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly spreadsheets. Data entry on a monthly basis into spreadsheets. Support with invoicing processes (Italian/EU/Non-EU). Input data into internal company systems. Manage a high volume of daily emails, client inquiries, and discrepancies, ensuring timely follow-up on resolutions. Provide general administrative services.

Required Skills

At least 3 years of experience in administration or accounting, ideally in a comparable role. Understanding of general accounting principles. Proficient communication skills in both Italian (native level) and English (business level). Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc. Familiarity with primary software packages; knowledge of at least one accounting management software is advantageous. A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude, comfortable working independently. High level of accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. Results-oriented with a focus on deadlines.
