Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth? We're seeking a talented Distribution Business Manager to join our team at Hewlett Packard.

About the Role

This is a pivotal role that requires a dynamic leader who can collaborate with distributors to transform business plans into sales activities, driving profitable growth. You will be responsible for overseeing relationships with local and international distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
  • Optimize sell-in and sell-out processes to maximize sales and market penetration.
  • Maintain responsibility for stock level control, ensuring efficient warehouse rotation and inventory management.
  • Define and implement strategic and tactical actions tailored to each distributor, enabling the achievement of sales targets.
  • Work closely with distributor sales teams to identify and develop common business opportunities, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Lead the complete management and planning of marketing plans to promote all HP product lines effectively.
  • Provide support in resolving credit and logistics issues, ensuring smooth operational processes.
  • Build and nurture trust and strong partnerships with distributors to ensure sustainable, long-term growth.
  • Implement marketing actions aimed at increasing sales in the SMB market, driving growth and market share.
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with 5-10 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence is required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and forecast management, customer relationship management, and outside sales techniques. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with C-level clients and drive business growth.
