Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and promote the Salomon brand in the Milano and North Italy region. Collaborate with the Market Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Customer Service to achieve seasonal sales and distribution targets. Develop and execute joint business and marketing plans with premium partners to maximize consumer preference and brand experience. Ensure a high level of product expertise and brand knowledge among store employees in premium partner stores. Execute local consumer activation events and manage relationships with key personnel in each account.
