Role Overview
The Customer Support position at ROCKWOOL Group is a dynamic role that requires a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for guaranteeing the effective processing of customer sales orders and ensuring external and internal customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer sales orders efficiently and effectively.
- Respond to customer queries and provide timely support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to apply pricing policies and ensure product availability.
- Manage claims and credit requests, and chase payments as required.
- Participate in weekly and monthly activities, such as checking invoices and credit postings, and visiting customers to build relationships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Customer focus, problem-solving, and result-orientation.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
