Key Responsibilities- Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor the status of customer requests and ensure that inquiries are resolved and escalated as necessary.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Credit, and other teams, to resolve open billing disputes and ensure payment of invoices.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and clarification on customer requests.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on resolving customer issues and improving customer satisfaction.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using SAP, Sales Force, and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
