Clinical Specialist for Vascular Interventions

About the Position:
Become a vital member of our innovative Italian team specializing in Vascular Peripheral Interventions as a Field Clinical Specialist (FCS). In this capacity, you will deliver essential clinical, technical, and educational assistance to our clients at various levels. Your specialized knowledge will be crucial in enhancing customer engagement with our comprehensive product offerings, supporting case management, and participating in marketing initiatives. This role is driven by client needs and scheduled support requirements, ensuring our clients receive exemplary assistance and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering both field and remote clinical support for case management, troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up related to our products. Participating in clinical cases, either in-person or remotely, providing guidance to physicians on the clinical features and techniques associated with our offerings. Ensuring the prompt collection and submission of all necessary medical documentation linked to our procedural device operations. Assisting the team in meeting sales targets and boosting revenue growth. Cultivating a thorough understanding of hospital operations and establishing business relationships with hospital staff to identify key decision-makers and facilitate future sales opportunities. Addressing complex customer inquiries and concerns by devising innovative and practical solutions in collaboration with other departments (sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support). Documenting customer interactions and activities in the company's CRM system, utilizing it as a coordination tool with other commercial roles. Providing educational support regarding product usage and conducting customer training sessions.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Vascular/Venous Management or Clot Management sectors. Proven track record of working in hospital environments, operating rooms, and with healthcare professionals. Demonstrated ability to influence customer engagement with a full range of products. Experience in attending and advising on clinical cases, both in-person and remotely. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Strong problem-solving skills, with a talent for developing innovative and practical solutions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, adhering to company policies and procedures. Capacity to build and maintain professional relationships with hospital staff and key decision-makers. Comprehensive conceptual, practical, and technical knowledge of clinical principles and theories. Experience in applying clinical expertise across various scenarios to achieve objectives. Familiarity with CRM systems for documenting customer interactions and activities. Technical skills in troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for medical devices, with experience in supporting sales objectives and enhancing revenue through effective clinical support.What We Offer:
