Field Expert for Vascular Peripheral Solutions

About the Position:
Become a vital member of our Italian Vascular Peripheral Interventions team as a Field Clinical Specialist (FCS). In this capacity, you will deliver essential clinical, technical, and educational assistance to our clients at various levels. Your knowledge will be instrumental in shaping customer engagement with our comprehensive product offerings, ensuring effective case coverage, and playing a role in marketing initiatives. This position is responsive to customer needs and planned support activities, guaranteeing that our clients receive exceptional service and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering on-site and remote clinical assistance for case coverage, troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up related to our products. Participating in cases either in person or virtually, providing guidance to physicians on the clinical features and methodologies associated with our products. Ensuring prompt collection and submission of all necessary medical documentation pertinent to our procedural device operations. Aiding the team in reaching sales targets and enhancing revenue streams. Cultivating a thorough understanding of hospital processes and establishing professional relationships with hospital staff to identify key decision-makers and facilitate future sales opportunities. Addressing complex customer inquiries and concerns by devising innovative and practical solutions in collaboration with other departments (sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support). Documenting customer interactions and activities in the company's CRM system, utilizing it as a coordination tool with other commercial roles. Providing educational support on product application and training for customers.Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Vascular/Venous Management or Clot Management sector. Proven track record of working within hospitals, operating rooms, and with healthcare professionals. Demonstrated capability to influence customer engagement with a full range of products. Experience in attending and advising on clinical cases, both in-person and remotely. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a talent for creating innovative and practical solutions. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, adhering to company policies and procedures. Capacity to build and sustain professional relationships with hospital staff and key decision-makers. Comprehensive conceptual, practical, and technical knowledge of clinical principles and theories. Experience in applying clinical expertise across various scenarios to achieve objectives. Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking customer information and activities. Technical skills in troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for medical devices, with experience in supporting sales objectives and increasing revenue through effective clinical assistance.What We Offer:
