At Internetwork Expert, we're committed to transforming lives with innovative healthcare solutions. We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Commercial Leader for Pediatric Oncology to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the commercial strategy and activities for our pediatric oncology portfolio. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing commercial plans, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the commercial strategy for pediatric oncology portfolio in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  2. Lead the market access strategy and develop pricing and reimbursement strategies for the pediatric oncology portfolio
  3. Manage and coordinate product launches and commercial campaigns for pediatric oncology products
  4. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and risks
  5. Work closely with global teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of global strategies
  6. Manage relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and industry partners
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies
  8. Analyse sales data and KPIs to evaluate performance and optimize commercial activities
  9. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and internal stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, preferably in pediatric oncology
  3. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the pediatric oncology market
  4. Proven track record of developing and implementing commercial strategies and launching new products
  5. Excellent leadership and project management skills
  6. Experience in market access and pricing strategies
  7. Ability to analyse market data and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making
  8. Strong communication and presentation skills
  9. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  10. Results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
  11. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
