Key Responsibilities

As the Strategic Commercial Leader - SL Deals, you will oversee commercial and program work streams for key events such as Black Friday, Prime Day, Seasonal Sales, and Back to School. This role is responsible for developing the vision and roadmap for SL Promotions, including the commercial event strategy and goals in alignment with the broader business objectives.

You will require strong analytical skills, the ability to dive deep into data, and the capability to deliver cohesive commercial propositions across multiple events within the year. Key responsibilities include scaling and shaping SL-led Seasonal Sale Events, partnering with the Retail Category Excellence team to improve deals as a tool for inventory management, and delivering X-PF deals initiatives. This role is highly visible and requires a high degree of influence cross-category, cross-channel, and cross-function.

Requirements

The minimum requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, and experience with end-to-end product delivery. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders is also required.
