We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Advertising team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our advertisers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Manage relations with advertisers, understanding their needs and expectations to influence media spend within the account.
- Business Development: Discover and develop new opportunities for business growth across client verticals, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Negotiation and Partnership Building: Negotiate branding solutions on multiple touch points, handle complex discussions, and build relationships at all levels within the client and agency.
- Strategic Account Management: Implement the framework and coverage for assigned strategic accounts, growing relationships to increase knowledge of how Amazon can create deeper advertising partnerships.
- Strong Business Acumen: A deep understanding of the Advertising Landscape, with experience in Media Buying or Selling (Connected TV, TV, Video Strategies).
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven track record of success at building relationships, partnering cross-functionally, and professionally representing client needs/perspectives to the product organization.
- Industry Knowledge and Relationships: Knowledge of and relationships within the industry across publishers, clients, and agencies, with a talent for responding effectively to market direction, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Language Skills: Advanced level of English and Italian.
- Education and Experience: Degree educated, ideally in a related field or equivalent experience, with international working context.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills at all levels of an organization.
