Company Overview

Euronext, a leading player in the European financial markets, is offering an internship within its Human Resources Department, specifically focusing on Talent Acquisition and Resourcing.

Location

The internship will be based in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

The selected intern will collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner and the Talent Acquisition Manager on various initiatives, including:

  • Engaging in projects aimed at enhancing reporting for Talent Management and Acquisition, improving processes, and elevating candidate experiences.
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process, which includes reviewing CVs, conducting preliminary phone interviews, and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assisting candidates with their application journey via the HR Management System.
  • Contributing to significant Group HR projects and process enhancements to add value to the organization.
  • Ensuring the consistency of HR processes by collaborating with colleagues across different countries.
  • Facilitating the organization of training sessions for employees and managing reporting activities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master’s Degree in Languages, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and precision.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
