About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our Radiology Informatics team. As a key member of our international project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Radiology Informatics solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and lead the implementation of Radiology Informatics solutions, ensuring successful product adoption and optimization.
  • Analyze contract and project documentation to gather information about the solution to be delivered.
  • Perform stakeholder analysis, collecting expectations and concerns from key stakeholders.
  • Support Project Managers in updating and maintaining the Statement of Work, highlighting technical constraints and risks.
  • Coordinate the technical delivery team, ensuring they follow the process defined in the SoW.
  • Host and maintain the defect list, engaging resources for issue resolution and ensuring timelines are met.
  • Update stakeholders regularly, providing feedback on requests and concerns.
  • Act as change manager during delivery, designing and approving changes to the original solution.
  • Attend and coordinate Go-Live operations, ensuring proper handover to service operations.
  • Contribute to the collective learning of Philips, sharing knowledge globally and assessing repeatable processes.
  • Execute activities as described in the Philips Excellence Process Framework.
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least two years experience in project management, technical team leadership, and technical resource coordination.
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies, SCRUM master certification a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies such as PMI or Prince 2.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL framework.
  • Good knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Postgre SQL, including knowledge of SQL language.
  • At least basic knowledge of programming languages.
  • Preferred languages: Perl, Python, PHP,.NET.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Server OS.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Linux/Unix OS.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Infrastructure technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, Server and storage technologies.
  • Good understanding of the cloud technologies, experience with AWS a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer networks, including TCP/IP, Network Switch, Routers, Firewalls, VPN and Load Balancers.
  • Independent problem solving, analytical and scientific approach.
  • Team working attitude.
  • Good communication skills, experience in creating status summary reports and writing technical documentation.
  • English B2 Level as minimum (C1 is preferred).
