About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will support us in achieving global sales targets, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring optimization of our business in-season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wholesale account management and business development
  • Market research and seasonal budget forecasting
  • Supporting the Sales Director/Manager in international commercial strategy and business planning
  • Working closely with Area Management teams on regional planning and customer relationship management
  • Diary management, market preparation, and conducting showroom sales
  • Supporting with setting up seasonal collection selling tools
  • Working closely with production, operations, and customer service teams to track and push deliveries to customers
  • Updating databases and company systems on a regular basis
  • Analysing, recording, and acting on sell-through results to optimize in-season sales and performance
  • Working closely with all internal support teams to provide optimum service and smooth communication
  • Feedback market intelligence to the merchandise team through deep dive end-of-season reporting and competitor analysis
  • Trade marketing and PR, working with customer marketing teams on tailored initiatives to support brand visibility and performance

Requirements

  • Fashion or business student with knowledge/interest in the fashion industry and international markets
  • English is a must, multilingual preferred but not essential
  • Detailed reporting skills - proficient with Excel and Office suite
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Problem-solving, working in autonomy, using own initiative, and able to multitask
