**Global ERP Operations Support Role**

We are seeking a skilled Global ERP Operations Support professional to join our team at Dr. Schär. As a key member of our ERP Operations team, you will be responsible for providing efficient 1st level support to all business users across more than 10 countries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond promptly to support requests from users related to the company's ERP system Microsoft Business Central
  • Verify, troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ERP system or related to interfaces between the ERP system and other software applications
  • Documenting and tracking all support requests within the internal ITSM tool
  • Conducting user training sessions to improve system adoption and usage
  • Contribute to international projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the ERP framework

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified education in economics or business informatics
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good experience with ERP systems
  • Technical affinity, analytical thinking and a pragmatic approach
  • Very good knowledge of German and/or Italian, good knowledge of English
