The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of training excellence and will serve as a representative of our commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive technical training to engineering personnel, ensuring adherence to the highest industry benchmarks, including:
    • Conducting both theoretical and practical training in accordance with Part 147 standards
    • Meeting EASA/UK CAA instructor qualifications
    • Providing specialized training tailored to specific aircraft types
  • Design and enhance existing training programs
  • Create instructional materials such as course outlines, lesson plans, and training aids
  • Stay informed on EASA regulations and regularly review relevant training procedures
  • Utilize diverse training delivery methods (classroom, eLearning, Virtual) to develop and approve training content
  • Deliver practical technical training effectively
  • Maintain and improve training facilities to support ongoing learning
  • Exhibit a proactive, hands-on approach to training
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to develop effective training programs
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally

We are looking for a candidate with a background in aircraft technical training or aircraft engineering. The ideal individual will be eager to learn, contribute innovative ideas, and engage with a diverse team. Excellent communication skills are essential, as this role involves collaboration with individuals from various backgrounds and experiences. We value meticulousness, a positive attitude, and an open-minded approach.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or an Aerospace Engineering degree, or demonstrable experience in aircraft technical training
  • Preferably hold Part 147 Type certificates for Boeing 737 NG, MAX
  • Hands-on experience in aircraft engineering and maintenance
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and procedures
  • Attention to detail with the ability to escalate issues appropriately
  • Capability to plan and adhere to deadlines set by management
  • Proficient in Office 365 and willing to learn new software tools
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback regarding compliance issues
  • Effective communication skills across various platforms (verbal, face-to-face, virtual)
  • Open-mindedness and a willingness to acquire new skills and ideas
  • Strong work ethic and accountability for timely task completion
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive in identifying solutions and communicating them to management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must hold a valid UK/EU passport and be willing to travel as required.
