Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at CMA CGM. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing transportation chains and providing exceptional customer service to our global network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating customer transportation orders and demanding documents
- Learning how to handle dangerous goods and other special cargo shipments
- Investigating and resolving transportation issues
- Implementing and developing customer relationships
- Supporting customers in their various inquiries as a customer service representative
- Learning country and port-specific rules and regulations
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service in an international environment
- 2-3 years' working experience in shipping or logistics is an advantage
- Team player with a sense of responsibility
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication in good Lithuanian and English
- Basic skills in MS Office and adaptability to new information systems
