About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Coordinator fluent in German and English to join our Wholesale Customer Service Department in the EMEA Region.

As the first point of contact for our Wholesale accounts, you will be responsible for tracking the lifecycle of accounts from order entry to final delivery, as well as managing relationships with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth orderbook management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts across several markets in the EMEA region, ensuring timely orderbook conversion.
  • Compile and generate Orderbook reports as they relate to customers.
  • Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders and manage email communication.
  • Interpret daily reports as needed by the business.
  • Follow the end-to-end order to shipment process, liaising with our DC to ensure timely shipping.
  • Work with sales operations and planning to track shortages and delays to supply, communicating to the customer where required.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding English and German verbal and written communication.
  • PC Literate.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to interpret vast amounts of data and produce reports.
  • Strong analytical skills with a flair for problem-solving.
  • Understanding of logistics and DC activity.
  • Ability to balance responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
