Customer Service Part-time Job in Roma

Gi Group S.P.A. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Roma. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

About the Job

This is a part-time position, working 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. You will be working in a dynamic and international environment, with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals. After an initial training period, you will be responsible for supporting the customer service team in their activities, including receiving incoming calls from clients, making calls to clients or colleagues in other departments, and managing customer service activities via email in Italian and English.

Requirements

  • Fluent knowledge of English (both written and spoken) and preferably German;
  • Excellent knowledge of computer tools and Microsoft Office;

Personal Skills

  • Customer orientation;
  • Good relational and communication skills;
  • Problem-solving skills;

Contract Offer

Gi Group S.P.A. offers a fixed-term contract in outsourcing until 15/01/2025. The job will be performed in smart working mode, with 50% of the working hours spent at home. The working hours will be from 09:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.

Location

The job will be based in Roma, Ponte Galeria.
