Lead Auditor for Management Systems Certification

RINA is currently seeking a Lead Auditor for Management Systems Certification to enhance its operations within the Italy Certification Division.
Role Overview
This position is centered on the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of audits in our certification sector, managing intricate customer projects, ensuring adherence to standards, and nurturing robust client partnerships.
Primary Responsibilities
Document Examination:
Review client management system documentation, including manuals, procedures, instructions, records, and technical files, to verify compliance with applicable standards and regulations.Audit Engagement:
Engage in and conduct audits, which entails interviewing stakeholders, taking detailed notes, and assessing the implementation of management systems.Audit Outcome Identification:
Determine and articulate audit outcomes (both positive and negative findings as non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement).Technical Assessment:
Perform a technical evaluation of audit documentation, offering insights and recommendations for certification decisions.Skill Development:
Maintain current skills, qualifications, and certifications by staying updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Data Oversight:
Keep accurate records of client data and other pertinent information related to the audit process.Client Orientation:
Exhibit a strong client orientation by understanding and addressing client requests and needs. Aim for high client satisfaction by ensuring the quality and effectiveness of audit activities.Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years' experience in the implementation, management, or evaluation of Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001). Experience in the implementation, management, or evaluation of SA 8000 or UNI PDR 125 Management Systems and/or knowledge of specific ethical or social issues is advantageous.Key Competencies
