District Sales Manager

Il District Sales Manager sarà responsabile della gestione di un team di venditori e agenti di commercio per la District Unit di Tavagnacco (UD).
Responsabilità- Raggiungimento dei risultati perseguiti dall'azienda attraverso la gestione/formazione di un team di venditori piazzisti e il coordinamento di agenti di commercio;
- Gestione della struttura commerciale territoriale e del relativo parco automezzi;
- Riferimento commerciale e amministrativo sul territorio di competenza per clienti, fornitori e colleghi;
- Gestione e rispetto delle policy aziendali.
- Esperienza professionale di almeno 3/4 anni in ambito commerciale, l'esperienza nel settore Food&Beverage Tentata Vendita costituirà titolo preferenziale;
- Preferibile percorso di laurea in discipline economiche;
- Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office;
- La conoscenza della lingua inglese verrà considerata un plus;
- Forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
- Ottime doti relazionali e orientamento al cliente;
- Gradita esperienza nella gestione di risorse.
