About the Role
This position reports to Sales Manager and is responsible for the sales of products within Motion Business Area, in line with the division strategy. The successful candidate will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new sales opportunities, ensuring efficient sales & marketing activities, and communicating value proposition to customers related to the Motors portfolio: Low voltage motors, Medium voltage motors and Nema motors.
Main Responsibilities
• Manage sales target volumes, product & solutions mix.
• Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market, developing also new customers.
• Ensure customers an unforgettable professional experience by analyzing different customers' needs to offer them a customized solution and communicating to the customers about details related to ABB's offering and strategy.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience working as Sales Specialist, is passionate about sales, and has the ability to establish good relationships with customers. Availability to visit customers in the assigned area (Friuli-Venezia Giulia), at least 3 days per week, is also required. Knowledge of Electric Motors, experience with direct market as OEM' Machinery and Distributors, and an enhanced knowledge of Office, Salesforce (plus) are also necessary. A technical diploma/degree in Engineering field (mechanical/electrotechnical) is preferred. The candidate should be at ease communicating in Italian and English.
