Job Summary

As a Quality Control Supervisor at Danaher Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in our manufacturing work cells and laboratories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
  • Lead a team of quality control personnel in the performance of testing and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve quality-related issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. chemistry, biology, engineering)
  • 8+ years of experience in quality control or a related field
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience with analytical methods and microbiology testing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience in quality control laboratory operations
  • Experience in manufacturing operations
  • Experience with molecular diagnostics
