Job Summary

The Meetings, External Engagements, Travel (MEET) In-Market Service Ambassador Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for business representatives in Italy, providing support for HCP transactions, contract management, and payment processing. This role will also be responsible for presenting performance metrics and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for business representatives in Italy, resolving issues and escalating concerns to the applicable MEET function.
  • Represent MEET as the face to the business, working with local commercial colleagues to improve the customer experience for healthcare providers and internal customers.
  • Standardize the customer experience, ensuring alignment with global models while delivering a local experience.
  • Oversee MPA operational performance metrics and manage MPA budget guidelines.
  • Track and triage issues, providing reports to regional customer service leads.
  • Drive MEET-related Change Management and Communication in Italy, including policy, process, technology, and vendor model updates.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple client stakeholders.
  • Good organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong technical skills in managing transactions within a global system.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management.

  • High level of self-motivation, energy, and flexibility.
  • Understanding of My Anti-Corruption Processes and Policies Policy (MAPP) terms and healthcare compliance policies.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
  • Ability to manage reporting needs for business, BU, Compliance, Audit, etc.
