Job Description

As a Reception Specialist and representative of the Accor brand, you are expected to embody the spirit of hospitality. Being genuine, kind, considerate, courteous, thoughtful, positive, and respectful to all guests, team members, vendors, and contractors is essential. This includes maintaining these characteristics while representing Accor at all times. Accor provides our guests with a fun, friendly, and personalized experience. Your exceptional attitude is crucial to our success.

Objective: The Reception Specialist is responsible for warmly greeting and welcoming guests, ensuring they feel at home in their surroundings.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Warmly greets and welcomes guests. Assigns rooms and keys to guests. Adheres to room rates as set by the Front Office Manager. Maintains room availability. Collects and distributes messages for guests. Prepares invoices and collects payments for stays. Assists in resolving billing discrepancies. Answers inquiries regarding hotel amenities and services. Exhibits impeccable phone and interaction etiquette with guests. Provides authentic service and a warm welcome to all guests. Recommends local attractions, dining, and shopping options. Arranges transportation for guests. Maintains accurate hotel records. Generates nightly reports as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
