Key Responsibilities- Support EU Customer Advisors & Professional Services teams to drive Amazon Business adoption for purchasing needs.
- Implement required business policies into Amazon Business accounts.
- Drive internal efficiencies initiatives to support increasing numbers of implementation requests.
- Challenge business requirements translated into Amazon Business setup as per declared by Customer Advisors and/or Customers.
- Oversee program execution, including project scheduling and timely delivery.
- Provide timely, clear, and concise communications to Customer Advisor, Professional Services, and Amazon Business Leadership.
- Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and request support in escalation management when necessary.
- Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams, including Product Management, Technical, and Category Management teams.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent English and Italian.
- Process spend evaluation analysis.
- Prior B2B experience/negotiation or business process management experience preferred.
- Attested history of building business requirements.
- Procurement/category management experience.
- Strong problem-solving, highly analytical, attention to detail, and solid organizational skills.
- Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
Base pay starts from EUR 1630 gross per month, with further pay components, including a sign-on bonus and eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon in the USA. Company benefits apply subject to further terms, including annual membership in a medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card, and career development.
