Position Overview
We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Engineering Technical Instructor to enhance our Engineering Training department. This role is essential for delivering comprehensive training on various aircraft engineering subjects to our workforce, ranging from newcomers to seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting all technical training for engineering personnel to the highest industry standards, including but not limited to: Part 147 theoretical and practical training, training aligned with business needs, and onboarding for new employees.
- Developing and refining technical training programs and existing course content.
- Creating instructional materials such as course outlines, lesson plans, and training aids.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with EASA regulations and commitment to regularly reviewing relevant procedures for the training courses.
- Proven ability to design and approve training materials utilizing diverse delivery methods (classroom, eLearning, virtual).
- Capability to deliver technical training effectively in a hands-on manner.
- Experience in maintaining and enhancing training facilities for improved learning outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to create and implement effective training programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Previous technical experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Qualifications
- Possession of an EASA Part 66 Licence or equivalent experience in aircraft technical training, particularly on 737/A320.
- Ability to meet the requirements for delivering Part 147 training.
- Attention to detail with the capacity to escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Proficient in planning and adhering to deadlines set by management.
- Familiarity with Office 365 and a willingness to learn new software tools to improve efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with the team through various communication methods.
- Open-mindedness and eagerness to acquire new skills and contribute innovative ideas.
- A solid work ethic with a sense of responsibility for timely task completion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Eligibility to work and travel freely within Italy and Europe.
