As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients, ensuring that scientists can make impactful discoveries that elevate the quality of life. Your contributions will be vital in delivering insights and support that keep laboratories operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities:


• Address customer requirements by performing repairs, installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance tasks.

• Communicate with customers promptly and organize service visits effectively.

• Collaborate with management and sales teams to understand and fulfill customer expectations.

• Uphold Agilent's reputation for exceptional customer service by adhering to corporate policies and procedures.

• Complete necessary administrative documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner.

• Provide constructive feedback to Product Specialists and manufacturing teams regarding any performance issues encountered, utilizing the complaint handling system as needed.

• Proactively manage customer service requests and maintain communication before, during, and after service engagements.

This position is not office-based; you will work remotely while traveling to customer locations, primarily in Lazio and the South of Italy. A company vehicle will be provided for your use.

Qualifications:

We seek candidates with the following qualifications:


• A university degree in a Chemistry related field (e.g., Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology).

• Practical experience with atomic spectroscopy (ICP-MS, ICP-OES) either as an end-user or in a similar technical support capacity.

• Proficiency in Italian and at least an intermediate level of English.

• A valid driving license.
