About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Field Service Specialist to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our Gas Services division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and maintenance support to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and manage maintenance activities for our Small Gas Turbines products, ensuring compliance with site programmes and customer requirements.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers, including remote diagnostic services and training.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal support departments and customers.
  • Supervise technical staff during service commissioning of units, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Take full responsibility for Environmental and Health and Safety (H&S) on site, ensuring control measures are in place and reporting all near misses and incidents.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with rotating equipment and Small Gas Turbines products.
  • Flexible attitude to global travel, with a willingness to mobilise at short notice and work on weekends and bank holidays if required.
  • Excellent customer focus and influencing skills, with the ability to take charge of teams in different countries.
  • High commitment to our Zero-Harm culture and a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office IT systems and proficient in English and Italian.
