Job Title: Head Bartender

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our team at The Hoxton in Florence. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for leading the bar operation, creating innovative cocktails, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the bar team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a fun and fast-paced bar environment.
  • Develop and implement new cocktail menus, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
  • Manage stock levels, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure efficient bar operations.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Bartender or Bartender with a strong background in mixology and hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
