Job Title: Head Bartender

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our team at The Hoxton in Florence. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for leading the bar operation, developing our menu, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the bar manager in running a fun and fast-paced bar operation day and night.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, staying on top of trends and seasonal changes.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of our products and systems.
  • Create innovative cocktails and drinks that exceed customer expectations.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead by example, driving service standards and encouraging team growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Head Bartender or Bartender, with a strong background in wine and cocktail knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
