  • Oversee the preparation and serving of drinks, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage cash handling and ensure accurate billing.
  • Supervise bar operations, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Act as a liaison between the kitchen and guests, ensuring seamless service.
  • Deliver a luxury service experience that aligns with our brand values.
  • Lead and mentor the bar team, providing training on beverage preparation and service techniques.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in cocktail mixing and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong understanding of stock management and inventory control.
  • Ability to create an inviting atmosphere through exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.
  • Relevant qualifications in hospitality or bar management are preferred.
