La nostra azienda, W EXECUTIVE S.R.L., è alla ricerca di un Senior Project Manager per il nostro team di Packaging Profumeria.

Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Gestire i progetti di sviluppo prodotti, dalla raccolta degli input alla chiusura del progetto;
  • Gestire e coordinare le attività, monitorando i tempi di esecuzione, supervisionando le funzioni interne coinvolte, interfacciandosi con clienti e fornitori;
  • Promuovere nuovi sviluppi per anticipare le richieste del mercato e integrare il portafoglio aziendale di prodotti per la profumeria;
  • Definire il progetto di sviluppo prodotto in tutti gli elementi chiave (scopo, target, etc.);
  • Gestire il progetto di sviluppo in tutte le sue fasi, fino all'industrializzazione del prodotto;
  • Pianificare le attività, definire e monitorare le tempistiche;
  • Supportare nella definizione del budget di progetto, gestire i costi in relazione al budget allocato;
  • Comunicare con tutti gli stakeholder;
  • Gestire il team di sviluppo e assegnare le attività.
Requisiti
  • Esperienza maturata in contesti simili (Profumeria o packaging profumeria) di almeno 5 anni;
  • Conoscenza di Applicativi MS Office e MS Project;
  • Conoscenza della progettazione manufatti plastici e metallici;
  • Conoscenza della tecnologia di stampaggio a iniezione;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese per interfacciarsi con clienti, fornitori e l'Head Quarter estero;
  • Disponibilità a brevi trasferte.

Sede di lavoro: Milano (possibilità di smartworking).

RAL: € (la retribuzione verrà comunque commisurata all'esperienza maturata).
