Service Product Marketing Specialist

This position reports to the Service Product Marketing Manager and is responsible for implementing product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned areas to meet business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to drive sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training, and will be accountable for achieving product marketing targets and budgets.
The work model for this role is hybrid, and the successful candidate will be contributing to the LPG 3107, Electrification Service in the EMEA Region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Product Marketing Strategies: Define and communicate product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
- Drive Sales Efficiency: Provide appropriate product knowledge information and training to support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products.
- Achieve Product Marketing Targets: Oversee progress regularly and define and implement improvement plans as needed to achieve product marketing targets and budgets.
- Execute Annual Marketing Plan: Collaborate with relevant division and/or product groups to execute annual marketing plan.
- Develop Business Plans: Focus on driving business development for a defined market.
- Product Marketing Experience: Ability to demonstrate experience in product marketing.
- Office Package Skills: Possess an enhanced knowledge of Office Package.
- Teamwork and Communication: Passionate about teamwork, engagement, and accountability with the ability to adapt to changes.
- Education: Degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- Language Skills: At ease communicating in Italian and English.
