About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Specialist to join our team at ABB Schweiz AG. As a key member of our Electrification business, you will play a critical role in developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and align with global product strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute annual marketing plans, including sales execution, market analysis, and customer research.
  • Oversee sales execution for assigned products, providing relevant materials and guidance to sales teams.
  • Drive sales efficiency by delivering product knowledge and training to sales teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical distribution and industry segments such as Oil & Gas, Power Utilities, and Data Centers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian languages.
  • Availability to travel in Italian Territory (more than 20,000 km/year).
