About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our Distribution Solutions Division in Dalmine, Italy. As a key member of our Product Management Team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our products portfolio, serving as a focal point for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform product life cycle activities, including development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability analysis.
  • Conduct market, product, and competitor analyses to define marketing plans and identify offering gaps.
  • Propose new product developments or enhancements to offer suitable and unique solutions to customers.
  • Support the product development process from business case preparation to product launch, collaborating with Global Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Highly skilled in Office 365 package, with SAP experience considered a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Captivated by collaborative and solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
  • Proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
