Russottigestionihotels is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the front office operations of our Milan Marriott Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage front desk staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest needs and concerns.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a front office management position, preferably in a four-star international hotel.
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
