The Monza DPD site is seeking a committed Coordinator for QC Equipment Calibration to enhance the Quality Control Function.

Key Responsibilities – Discover impactful work:

As the QC Equipment Calibration Coordinator, you will be part of the QC Equipment Calibration team, ensuring the proper calibration and maintenance of the QC laboratories' equipment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting daily calibration activities
  • Managing equipment calibration status in accordance with GMP regulations
  • Providing support for analytical hardware and software tasks, ensuring compliance with logical security regulations
  • Maintaining accurate documentation management, both in paper and electronic formats, in line with GMP regulations
  • Training users (internal and external)
  • Participating in the issuance and updating of instrumental documentation
  • Overseeing vendor management and activities

As needed, you will also be involved in:

  • Managing documentation (creation/update/decommissioning) such as Risk Assessments, CAPAs, Master Excel Spreadsheets, etc.
  • Evaluating changes and deviations, and implementing relevant action plans.
  • Assessing purchasing, installation, and decommissioning of equipment, as well as reliability in new projects.
  • Engaging in QC Equipment troubleshooting activities.
  • Supporting audit-related topics.

Keys to Success:

Education:

  • A university degree (Chemical, CTF, or equivalent) or a diploma with significant experience in this role.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in a GMP pharmaceutical laboratory or as a supplier for laboratory equipment manufacturing.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with GLP/GMP regulations.
  • Understanding of analytical techniques, laboratory equipment, and associated software.
  • Attention to detail and precision.
  • Strong collaboration, self-organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of data management systems (Trackwise, Documentum) is advantageous.
