About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AML Compliance Specialist to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our operations and maintaining a strong compliance culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the establishment of a corporate culture that respects compliance principles and promotes a culture of integrity.
  • Manage requirements and reporting for IVASS and other supervisory authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare periodic disclosures for the Irish parent company, focusing on compliance and data protection.
  • Define control procedures for data protection regulations, including GDPR, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with central functions to prepare periodic disclosures on data protection, complaints, and network controls.
Requirements and Skills
  • Strong knowledge of AML and compliance regulations, including IVASS and GDPR.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
