Tensive is a biomedical company that is developing an innovative scaffold to improve breast cancer patients' quality of life. We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including equipment maintenance, warehouse management, security, and cleanliness. This role will also involve implementing safety protocols and coordinating facility improvements.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the company's infrastructure, including workspaces and related services, in compliance with assigned objectives.
* Oversee the management of the company headquarters infrastructure, instrument maintenance activities, and the warehouse.
* Ensure compliance with times, costs, and quality for projects under responsibility.
* Manage the instrumentation and equipment, including related software, within the assigned company site.
* Monitor the efficiency of the assigned company infrastructure and manage any problems in collaboration with the IL team.
* Supervise the management of the warehouse, inbound/outbound activities, and the movement of goods and people within the company site.
* Plan and propose development policies for the company's infrastructure and logistics system.
* Coordinate the selection and relationships with suppliers of products and services in the context of infrastructure management.
* Interact with other company functions to achieve objectives set by Top Management.

Requirements:

* MSc in Scientific disciplines or equivalent qualification.
* At least five years of experience in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary groups.
* Excellent knowledge of the organisational, operational, and technical aspects of companies.
* Excellent knowledge of the English language, spoken and written.
