As a Digital Solutions Sales Consultant, you will focus on generating and qualifying leads, driving, and closing Microsoft Enterprise Unified Support opportunities. Your engagement with customers throughout all stages of their product lifecycles will ensure seamless support and value delivery.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for you to leverage Microsoft's expertise in providing tailored cloud services models that drive impact across our customers' Microsoft investments. You will develop deep business acumen across Microsoft's portfolio of products and services, honing your solution sales and networking capabilities through consultative customer conversations and collaboration with internal, external, and partner stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Sales Execution:
- Orchestrate virtual teams and assess customer needs to develop strategies that proactively build stakeholder networks, accelerating and closing opportunities, driving robust deployments, and removing blockers to consumption.
- Conduct personal campaigns with team members to discover new opportunities and generate new leads. Lead conversations with strategic/high-potential customers, guiding others on social selling and applying Microsoft's sales process (MSP) to determine opportunity quality and educate customers on addressing their needs.
- Develop strategies for driving and closing strategic and/or prioritized opportunities, collaborating with account teams for alignment and leading deal execution with deal teams across the organization.
- Business Value Selling:
- Leads sales orchestration to proactively drive deal closure by identifying and aligning internal stakeholders and leveraging relationships with partners.
- Technical Expertise:
- Prospecting, qualifying, solutioning, and closing business in assigned territories, managing end-to-end sales with continuous engagements for customer satisfaction and business value around delivery success.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, Rhythm of Business (ROB) meetings to review and plan for Strategic and Major accounts across territories.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proven years of technology-related solutions or services sales or account management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
