Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Bari, Lecce, Foggia e Barletta. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and activating Red Bull products across various retail channels.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world's leading energy drink brands, known for its innovative marketing campaigns and commitment to empowering young people.
Key Responsibilities- Cover assigned retail outlets at optimal frequencies to ensure maximum visibility and availability of Red Bull products;
- Maintain and grow Perfect Store standards, focusing on product placement, messaging, and stock levels;
- Buid relationships with store stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills;
- Influence store-level orders to ensure a fair stock level and secure range availability;
- Measure and track key in-store metrics using digital tools;
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time;
- Show a growth mindset and proactive approach to business development;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly when working with ethnic point-of-sale staff;
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80% of the time;
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, based on experience and performance.
