About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Excellence Intern to join our Sales Excellence team in Italy. As a Sales Excellence Intern, you will play a key role in structuring our Sales machine and maximizing Sales efficiency and performance in Italy, in collaboration with Sales Managers and Directors.
Responsibilities
- Steer Sales performance across the sales cycle to drive Italian growth and contribute to continuous learning over the market
- Support the team in defining clear and relevant targets to boost performance
- Contribute to the design of bonus structures and compute them to align interests
- Participate in the construction of dashboards and reports in Salesforce
- Assist in the design and roll-out of sales tools
- Train sales users on tools and ensure great adoption of tools
About You
We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual who holds/has held a Master's degree from a business school or engineering school. You should have strong analytical skills, an analytical approach to solve problems, and excellent communication skills in both Italian and English. French or German is a plus.
