About the Role

As the Regional Sales Excellence Lead for Italy, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our Italy customer-facing teams are fully skilled and equipped to deliver consistently outstanding and meaningful customer experiences.

Our main goal is to empower European sales teams at all levels with a focus on customer service and sales objectives.

You will be responsible for adapting the EU Sales Excellence Master Plan (SEMP) and Certification Program to meet the specific needs of the Italy market.

Key Objectives:

  • Implementation and adaptation of Sales Excellence Master Plan (SEMP)
  • Validation and certification of local trainers
  • Training Completion tracking
  • Sales Staff certification management
  • Customer Satisfaction Rates/NPS

You will work closely with the sales, network development, and relevant teams in the NSC to deliver impactful, effective, and efficient sales and product training sessions and content.

As a member of the European Sales Training Department, you will report directly to the European Sales Excellence Manager.
