Your Career

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team and drive business growth. As a member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and exceeding company objectives.

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and revenue
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, using this information to inform sales strategies and drive business growth

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Proven track record of sales leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales management role
  • Experience in sales leadership, with a focus on team development and sales growth
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
