**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop market knowledge and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the partner network, including Retrofit and Glass Processors.
  • Manage existing customer relationships and follow-up on leads.
  • Ensure Salesforce data accuracy for the market area.
  • Liaise with European team members, technical department, project management, and marketing.
  • International travel required.

**Requirements:**

  • BSc or MSc in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English, Italian, French.
  • Experience in sales, commercial partitions, and smart glass industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
