Cybersecurity Territory Sales Leader

Cybersecurity Opportunity Overview
Palo Alto Networks is a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Territory Sales Leader to join our team. As a member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for building and driving regional major account sales teams to exceed company objectives while growing your region according to plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Built a high-performance sales culture that delivers results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy while mentoring and developing your team members to accomplish individual and organizational goals.
- Track sales activity, provide sales projections, and create and analyze metrics to drive business outcomes within assigned regions, territories, and/or districts.
- Attend weekly regional forecast and management calls to provide Inside Sales perspective, working closely with other District Sales Managers on crafting business strategy to accomplish company goals.
- Stay knowledgeable and up-to-date on product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscapes to drive sales and business growth.
- Lead and develop a team of quota-carrying sales professionals, providing coaching, development, and mentorship to ensure team success in all aspects of the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Sales experience in Territory & Commercial/SMB Customer Market and management experience, preferably with experience handling both quota-carrying and lead generation inside sales teams.
- Enterprise sales experience required, with a strong preference for networking or network security industries.
- Experience with channel and partner sales models, consistently achieving sales goals through leadership and personal goals.
- Able to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs, and build strong cross-functional relationships across clients, partners, and internal teams.
