About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our Industrial and Logistics Agency business line in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reinforcing our positioning as a strategic Industrial Logistics advisor to major corporates, logistics operators, investors, and developers in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver core real estate services, including marketing of existing products and developments, supporting and advising clients at all stages of negotiations through closing.
  • Promote our services and develop new business proposals, including lease comparisons, market overviews, and prospect or client presentations.
  • Provide clients with industry and market-specific information and maintain contact information on prospects.
  • Take part in acquiring new mandates from landlords to lease their assets and from tenants to scout opportunities matching their requirements.
Requirements
  • A degree in business, finance, real estate, engineering, or a relevant qualification.
  • Sound knowledge of the IL scenario and proven experience/track records within Logistics Real Estate.
  • Strong commercial experience and aptitude.
  • Good working knowledge of Italian is essential. Fluent English is also required.
  • Strong team player, with brilliant interpersonal and communication skills and aptitude in establishing and managing long-lasting relationships with clients and the wider JLL team.
  • Capability to work on objectives and strong interest in professional growth and career.
  • Effective user of Microsoft Office.
