Hotel Night Manager

At Accorhotel, we're looking for a skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team in Florence. As a key member of our front office team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent management during the night and oversee the hotel's operations to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Manage the front desk and handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the accuracy of guest billing and manage the hotel's accounting systems.
  • Lead the night team by example, motivating and supporting them to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  • Monitor and maintain the hotel's public areas and back-of-house spaces to ensure they are clean, safe, and secure.
  • Conduct night audits and investigate any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and managing front office operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Opera or similar front desk operating systems and GDS would be an advantage.
