Job Title: Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Adhr Group. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the region's customer and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Puglia e Basilicata

Contract Type: To be determined based on candidate's seniority
